development organization charged with training people in the skills of
building a Truthful Organization is the Venture Centre. Venture Centre
adventure programs are hands-on, roll up your sleeve experiences that provide
participants with opportunities to learn new skills and more importantly,
situations which require participants to use these skills in real-life
situations. This is NOT training in a traditional sense.

| We employ follow-up in all our programs.
We even use the internet to lock in the experience and anchor the learning
by helping participants re-live the event and share what they learn with
others ñ thereby transforming an event into a process.
